The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our online shop and the supply of products from the shop. By ordering goods from our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may buy products offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website. To order from our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and payment received. If we have received payment and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund payments received, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.
All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. MyKBeauty accepts payment by credit card, paypal and direct deposit. Please note that direct deposit will incur up to an additional 2 days processing time for payment to be received. All orders will be confirmed by email once payment is received.
We deliver within Australia only. A Standard delivery fee of $9.90 applies to all purchases. It is your obligation to ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you are not at the specified address and delivery fails, we reserve the right to charge additional re-delivery costs.
Returns and Refunds Policy
MyKbeauty will allow returns in the event that the products delivered
- Do not match product ordered
It is your responsibility to contact us with the intention to return products, and to do so within a reasonable timeframe from receipt of goods. MyKBeauty considers a reasonable timeframe to be within 14 days of receipt of products. You must provide appropriate reasons for why the product is defective, provide proof of purchase and organise shipping for returned goods with gifts sent with. Once goods received and checked for defect we will provide a full refund, less applicable delivery charges.
Please note that no refunds will be issued if you have simply changed your mind.
These Terms (including any terms or policies incorporated by reference) set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior communications.
We may alter these Terms from time to time by posting the altered version on our website. You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations. In the case of an alteration, the altered Terms only apply to goods ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and its appellate courts.
